Toyota Hiace Camper Conversion

This week we've been working on a Toyota Hiace high-top conversion, getting it ready for a full kitchen and bed install in the near future. Windows have been added to the sliding door and driver's side mid panel and we've lined the walls and ceiling with synthetic insulation and graphite carpet. The floor has been taken up, lined in hard-wearing vinyl and relaid again - adding a nice touch of colour as well as making the van much more practical when cleaning out muddy shoe prints. Single Swivel Seat (Captain's Chair) Conversion

John has been adding yet more upgrades to his VW Transporter 'pop top' conversion this week with the addition of a rotating base unit to his passenger seat. Nissan NV200 Camper Conversion

Our latest camper conversion comes in the shape of a lovely little van, the Nissan NV200, which has a surprisingly spacious living area with fold down (rock n roll) bed and a storage/kitchen unit. The bespoke storage units were handmade by our joiner before we fitted the made-to-measure rock and roll bed, complete with seatbelts.  The NV200 camper looks like a great option if you're looking for a mid-sized van to convert and still has bags of storage and living capacity despite its relatively small-looking external dimensions. Find out more about our camper van conversion options or contact us to find...

Boris The T25 - Where It All Began

'Boris' the T25 Pop-Top came to us in a bit of a mess, but with bags of character. The first thing in need of attention was his ailing 1.5 diesel engine, which had been in there - largely unattended to - from new, and was drastically low on power. We sourced a willing donor engine - a 1.9 diesel unit from a VW Polo - and set about the transplant. Boris fired up first time with his new power-plant in situ and so it was time to tackle the next issue, the bodywork. Although his metal work and paint job...
